Sayle's dirty joke is (Possible spoiler) when he is being interviewed about stormbreaker by the press. One woman asks about him giving one to every school in the country and he says "I'd like to give you one too" or something like that.

Not really, but i cant remember it exactly either. Its one of those quotes that you need to see for it to be funny. If i just wrote it it wouldnt be funny, but Bill Nighy makes it hillarious!
