*cough* to reiterate what I said that he said a few months back at this thing... he said it'd take about 2 years to write and he keeps putting it off. He's writing another AR book before, and poss more.... So my guess is being published in three years.... give or take.

Oh my god im going to die if I have to wait that long. I guess I'll just reread them over and over and over again. ohh well... at least I have the 7th Harry potter movie to look forward to (November 19th!!!)

Again, after a healthy absence, i'm back (:
I think Jamie will die. Think about it, scott has looked after jamie all his life, and now J is in control. I think he will relish at the chance to finally be able to prove himself and to help his twin when he is in need. I'm a twin myself and it's a closer bond than brother and sister.
Who ever dies, it's sure to be an emotional ride!

jamie can't die because there would not be any one to take his place...think about it if any one were to die it is obvious it will either be scott (because sapling died in the past) or scar (because of the head wound and the fact that her and jamie have a connection to each other sorta...)

I'm really starting to get impatient. I mean, he doesn't have to have the book right now, but couldn't he post a blog or something? I don't want to be to rude, but just a blog would work. At least give us some news.

Yea, I agree with you there. It definitely can't be Jamie, otherwise it'd be the end of the world. Yup, either Scott or Scarlett. (I feel depressed.)

Or many there are gate-keepers in the future to(highly doubt that though). I don't think he'd come back from before he died though, it would be too good to be true if they could do that plus i feel like the five are going to suffer a lot and their task is going to be very difficult, so again it would be too easy if he could come back even though he was killed.

yeah and he just wouldnt do that  because jaime is the only one that knows how fighting the old ones really was like..... he has all of the knowledge (if you think about it he knows more then the present matt dose...)

i dont think it matters how many times the gatekeepers die, theres always going to be someone to replace him/her. 
Think about it, if Jamie would die and nobdy to replace him, the old ones would have figured that out by now.
Jamie would have been the main target for the old ones.

It might, but I find it unlikely. I had a dream (I don't have dreams often) that it would start with an 'N' and have a 'j' in it...but thats highly unlikely. It's not going to be called 'The Final Battle' because thats Narnia. Its Not going to be something cliche like "The Final stand". It is going to hopefully be good, AH's titles are good (apart from his old ones like 'The Secrets of Fredrick K Bowker' (<--It's pretty similar to that)...

Also, some people don't get how sapling can replace Jamie...I have decided pictures are better than words, because its a difficult concept to get your head around...

But i see a hole inour theroy. Scar (past) didn't know Jamie would replace Sapling i don't think Flint did either. And wouldn't Flint notice if Sapling was gone for agees?

I don't think anyone will come back "been-there-done-that" and all that. AH will come up with some thing highly original that none of us even thought of at all.
