it would be good to have scar in the books but i think if any of the five die it will be scott because why would AH write all that for scarlett then have her die? and when you think about scott well theres not much he wasnt realy in the stories but good idea and welcome

And why would Scott die. Its so obvious that he is going to die. So being AH scott is most definently not going to die! People need to know that with Anthony Horowitz, you need to expect the unexpected...just read some Diamond Brothers! NEEDLE WORK!

Yup, I said i would never return to this topic because thinking of theories was pointless because as with necropolis we only got 1 part of the group theory right...scar's power...

oh and just following on from the old topic...Why the hell would pedro give up the whole thing of saving the world? The Old Ones are free doing what ever they like...killing people. So why would he go and hide and pretend nothin ever happened! He is the most devoted to the 5! The least likely to do that!

I know... I really don't think Scott will die. Ooh, if someone else dies, it could give Scott a chance to redeem himself...or show his lack of loyalty towards the Five.

i guess scott might not die but we know one of the five is going to die maby it will be at the end after the battle some how i dont think it would be scar because that would be to obvious but maby pedro dies trying to heal scar maby he uses to much of his powers and dies

The Gatekeeper look like legends/myths from people around the world

Pedro = Founder Of Inca Empire Manco Capac Or Inti Sun God of the incas
Jamie and Scott =  Sapling And Flint Iroquois Indian Gods
Scarlett =  Lin Mo Goddess Of The Sea
Matt = does he resemble a god or legend of a native people as all others do ? Maybe Norse

AH said that book five was going to be split into five parts i think the gatekeepers will be in the following chapters

Earth = ?? Scott or Matt
 Fire = Pedro because of inti sun god of the inca
 Air  = ?? Scott or Matt
 Water = Scarlett because of lin mo
 Ice = Jamie because of his sword from the past frost

hmm nice i like it but maby each book is one of thos elemates like....

Ravensgate: Fire because the ritual
Evilstar: Earth because the gate is built into the earth(sorry thats all i have to think of)
Nightrise: water because when jamie gose into the water and ends up in nevada
Necropolies: air because of the old ones when they but the poison in the air.
unknown name: ice because of the final battle in antarctica

About the whole Pedro deserting the five thing....yeah. pretty impossible. we saw what happened when Matt tried to avoid his destiny. IT DON"T WORK.

At the end of Necropolis, Chaos gives the order to destroy the world, Right? In which case the five should all emerge in different places in total chaos or something starting out that way. The final battle, if there is one, will presumably take place in similar conditions, in which case EVERYONE in the world with half a brain cell will be fighting the old ones.  So there's every possibility that Alicia will get involved, despite Danny. I mean, SURVIVAL.

NightRise... I get what you mean, but how does that work? It's the fifth book that's going to be divided up... it doesn't really make sense if the divisions are in all the books.

I think Dragon's idea was more plausible.

And Zak... that's a really good point. Yeah, she'll probably return somehow...

Thought of this when reading another book about elements thing as i said in my earlier post.

 Water = Scarlett because of lin mo
 Ice = Jamie because of his sword from the past frost

Earth = Scott because of scott's past name was flint which is a type of rock
and that leaves Matt as air

Everything depends on WHEN the book starts. immediately, a year later, all the way in the past...until we have that it makes it pretty difficult to guess what's going to happen.

i like the idea of the world waking up to the destruction of Hong Kong after the typhoon. Thats the start i would like out of those that have been suggested. Personally though it will probably be something like Scarlett and someone (dont know who her companion would be) coming out of one of the doors somewhere in the world and them trying to help her
